TROPOCC’s occupational medical officer Dr Sandra Gongora can provide to our client companies with a comprehensive statistical report of its employees medical conditions, work related medical findings and relevant epidemiological trends that could be analysed and managed from the companie’s management team through risk control or design of preventive activities.

Employees who have already been identified as having exceptionally large amounts of sick leave can be assessed to provide prognosis and report on the prospects of rehabilitation, fitness to return to work with or without limitation. Dr Sandra Gongora is an Occupational physician with 12 years of experience within the mining and heavy industry who has implemented, developed and successfully certified H&S Management systems under ISO 18000 and AS 4801. She combines her medical background with the ability of “on field” assessment of hazards and workers exposures to be able to plan and execute the health and safety measures and activities required by WHS legislation and management systems to eliminate or minimised the occupational risks and reduce the occurrence of work related illness and disease.
